I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We will process the order and ship items as quickly as possible. For processing and shipping please allow 7 to 21days, depending on availability, the size of the product and the location it is being shipped to.

Can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 30 day 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. Send the item back to us for a full refund. The purchaser will need to pay the return shipping costs.
Please note: If item is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty? You must cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item is already in transit, please use our easy ship the item back to get a full refund process.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm with the correct address in a return email. If the item is in transit, then unfortunately, no refund can be made. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the size of the product and the location the item is being shipped from and to. The average shipping time is 7 to 28 days.
